Order, Delivery & Shipping
We strive to make the ordering and delivery process as simple as possible for our customers. If you have any unexpected questions or encounter issues, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service. Below, we explain how your order is processed and delivered.
1. Placing an Order
The ordering process at Olivara is as simple as possible. Go to the product page and add the desired product to your cart by clicking the black button “Add to cart”.
It’s important to check if you’ve selected the correct variants. If everything is correct, click on the “Proceed to checkout” button. On the information page, enter your correct address details and ensure all information is entered accurately. Once the information is correct, click the “Continue to shipping” button.
On the shipping page, you can verify the entered address again. You’ll also see that all shipments are delivered free of charge. As a thank-you to our customers, we cover the shipping costs for all orders over £20. You can then proceed by clicking on the “Continue to payment” button.
For payment, you can choose from various secure payment methods. On olivara.uk, all payment options are SSL-encrypted. You are always in a secure payment environment with us.

After selecting your preferred payment method, click the “Complete order” button. You will then be redirected to the secure environment of your chosen payment provider. Follow the instructions to finalize your order. If you have any trouble placing your order, you can always contact us.
Shipping Costs
We cover shipping costs for any order of at least €20. All of our products are delivered to your home free of charge. There is no minimum order quantity.
2. Shipping Your Order
Have you found the perfect look or accessory on our website? Then of course you want to enjoy it as soon as possible! That’s why we ensure your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible.
To maintain fair prices, we collect packages in bulk and only ship once our minimum shipping volume is reached. We hope for your understanding as we work towards a better and healthier world.
Please note: Like many online shops, we’re experiencing high demand due to the ongoing impact of the coronavirus crisis, which may lead to occasional delays. Please take this into account when ordering. We’re doing our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
Here is the average delivery time for all our packages:
✔️ After placing your order, we need 1–3 business days to process it.
✔️ Once processed, your order is shipped and usually arrives within 5–14 business days.
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a tracking code via email after a few days. You can use this code to track your shipment through our logistics partners. Visit our “Track & Trace” page to learn how it works.

3. Receiving Your Order
Once your order arrives, it’s time to enjoy it! Of course, things can occasionally go wrong. Want to exchange or return something? Visit our returns page.
Damaged product?
That’s unfortunate! Sometimes, a product can get damaged during shipping. That’s why we will always send you a free replacement the first time. Refunds are not available at this stage. If the second shipment is also damaged, we will refund the full purchase amount.
Lost package?
If tracking shows the package was delivered but the customer claims they did not receive it—and we have proof of delivery—we reserve the right to charge for reshipment. However, if the package is lost or undeliverable due to logistics issues, we will cover the cost of reshipping. We will always do our best to ensure customers receive their orders in perfect condition.
Import duties
In some cases, customs may inspect your parcel. Since July 1, 2021, we have no control over this regulation. Occasionally, customs may charge small import fees. Don’t worry—this happens in only 1% of cases. If you are charged customs fees, please contact us.
Missed delivery or post office pickup
If a package is left at your door or sent to a post office, Olivara will cover the cost. However, if the package is not accepted or picked up, it will be returned to the sender. In this case, we reserve the right to deduct 100% of the order value from the refund.
