How long does delivery take? Any shipping fees?
Most orders arrive in 7–10 business days (peak periods: 10–15). Shipping within the UK is free.
How do I check my order status?
Use the track & trace link in our shipping confirmation. A few days after dispatch, a local tracking number may appear on the tracking page. You can also check directly with your local carrier. For Royal Mail: royalmail.com/track-your-item
Where is my parcel shipped from? Any extra fees?
We work with international partners and keep lean inventory — you’ll pay no extra fees beyond your purchase price. If you’re asked to pay anything before delivery, contact us immediately: info@olivara.uk.
When will I see an estimated delivery window?
The overseas tracking number may not show a date initially. Within a week, a local number often appears with an estimated date/time window. You can also check with your local carrier using that number.
My parcel hasn’t arrived yet — what now?
Standard timeframe is 7–15 business days. If it’s longer, email us with your order number at info@olivara.uk and we’ll investigate.
Tracking says “delivered” but I didn’t receive it
Check with neighbours and your local delivery office first. If you still can’t locate it, contact us: info@olivara.uk.
Which carrier do you use?
UK shipping is free. Delivery is typically handled by Royal Mail or a comparable courier.
