Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return period. This means you have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it – unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping as well as arranging the return label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please check your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and put it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers or plants), custom-made items (e.g. personalised products or special orders) and hygiene products (e.g. cosmetic products). Returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases are also excluded. If you’re unsure whether a specific item can be returned, feel free to contact us.
Sale items and gift cards unfortunately cannot be returned.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original item. Once your return has been accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item separately.
Right of withdrawal within the EU – 14 days
Regardless of the policy above, if your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The item must be in the same condition in which you received it – unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
